Overview

As our IT Manager  at CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and maintenance of the company’s information technology infrastructure. Your strong knowledge of information technology and computer science will be used to oversee all computer-related tasks, problems, and solutions within the business. You will analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training.

• Assists in planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to supporting infrastructure.
• Implements network security at the regional level as established by the corporate Security Director.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary.
• Oversees the administration of the company's WAN. 
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
• Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
• Oversees all help desk activities.
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
• Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

• Bachelor's Degree required in computer information 
• Minimum of 3-5  years related experience and I or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Physical Requirements:  This job requires, at various times, the following physical activities: climbing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, carrying, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, talking, and hearing. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform daily activities.
