Job description

PREMIER THERAPY an award-winning therapy services provider with over 21 years' experience in senior living communities. We are looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to work PRN at our partner's skilled nursing facility in Doylestown, Ohio .

Compensation up to $50/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience). Must have an Ohio license in Physical Therapy.

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

• Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
• New admissions evaluations.
• Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
• Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
• Programming: Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
• Communication with family/facility staff of patient progress/updated goals/adaptive equipment/change of status.
