Join our dynamic team at RBR Technologies as a Cyber Watch Officer and take part in the exciting world of cyber security. As a Cyber Watch Officer, you will work with cutting-edge technology and protect critical networks and systems against cyber threats. Your expertise and skills will be put to the test as you analyze and respond to potential security incidents, ensuring the safety and integrity of our clients' valuable information. This position is onsite at our location in Fort Meade, MD, supporting a critical mission of a 24/7 watch floor. We are currently hiring for swing shift (1300-2100 M-TH) and graveyard (2100-0700 M-TH) cyber analysts that will work four ten hour shifts.

To excel in the role of Full Time Cyber Watch Officer, certain qualifications and skills are necessary. These include an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance and eligibility for polygraph examination. Additionally, you must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification and hold a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, accompanied by 4-12 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Understanding of intelligence processes and experience collaborating with members of the Intelligence Community IS essential. You should have in-depth knowledge of network and application protocols, cyber vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, and cyber threat/adversary methodologies. Proficiency with datasets, tools, and protocols such as Splunk, CMRS, VDP, passive DNS, VirusTotal, TCP/IP, OSI, WHOIS, enumeration, threat indicators, malware analysis results, Wireshark, and Arcsight is required.
Familiarity with Intelligence Community repositories, open-source and commercial vendor portals, and various network data types (netflow, PCAP, custom application logs) is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with the DODIN and other DoD Networks, familiarity with DoD portals and tools, knowledge of proprietary OS intelligence sources, building extended cyber security analytics, experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership, and proficiency in intelligence-driven defense and/or Cyber Kill Chain methodology.
