Fluidra’s looking for a Channel Marketing Managerto join our team at our West Coast office in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and managing marketing programs and initiatives to drive our B2B Pool Professional Segment growth. This person will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive plans focusing on gaining, retaining, and farming dealer partners with a hyper-focus on our fast-growing aftermarket dealer segment.Additionally, you will:
- Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to engage unknown customers and turn them into ongoing buying customers. As well as plans thatgrow existing customer’s average annual sales.
- Leveragevarious tactics to accomplish growth goals (i.e., field sales, inside sales, email marketing, digital advertising, events, web and app experiences, promotions, training, reward programs, and printed literature).
- Align with business objectives and define channel-specific goals and KPIs.
- Actively partner with Product, Marketing, IT, CRM, and Sales Teams to support the development of channel strategies to meet channel goals.
- Leverage and enhance Fluidra Rewards programs as a selling tool to obtain customers.
- Incorporate a continuous email marketing automation plan to segment customer groups withclearcalls to action.Measure campaign performance and adjust as necessary.
- Define internal logistics and use CRM technology to maximize conversions by aligning prospects appropriately to various selling teams.
- Optimize the selling capabilities of our inside sales, field sales, and marketing teams to convert more customers.
- Optimize the dealer's onboarding process and make it easier to do business with Fluidra.
- Create tactics enabling dealers to sell our products more effectively to their consumers.
- Hold and maintain the master plan documents with project details and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively to the broader organization the strategy and sequential tasks necessary to accomplish sales plan execution.
- Regularly report status updates, roadblocks, and alternative solutions to overcome hurdles.
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Actively analyze data for insights, growth opportunities and to make informed decisions.
- Develop strong market understanding of the industry, distributors, dealers, and competition.
- Assist in creating business cases and gaining buy-in for new engagement opportunities.
WHAT WE SEEK
- 5+ years of proven experience (i.e., Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations).
- Strong B2B Sales and/or Marketing experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop omni strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong presentation skills. Ability to present to large groups.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a team-based environment with cross-functional dependencies.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
- Experience identifying new marketing channels, defining target audiences, and devising strategies for ongoing performance optimization.
- Simultaneously working on long-term strategies and ensuring short-term outcomes.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation.
- Strong understanding and experience of sales environments and sales cycles.
- Experience tracking revenue, costs, and sales forecasts in Excel.
- Travel 10%-20%
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Expected salary range is $110,000 - $125,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
