Role and Responsibilities:

As a Program Associate with our company, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission and expanding our program and grant activities. Reporting to the Deputy Director, your responsibilities will include:

Engaging stakeholders to promote inclusion on a national and global scale.
Collaborating with directors and staff to develop and implement impactful programs and initiatives.
Overseeing program coordination and ensuring quality content, planning, execution, and evaluation.
Facilitating communication with key service populations to inform program development and improvement.
Representing the organization at professional conferences, community meetings, and related events.
Drafting program budgets and managing expenses.
Tracking the progress of Foundation Awardees and identifying further investment opportunities.
Providing ongoing communication to stakeholders on program outcomes.
Collaborating with advocacy and communications staff to produce relevant content.
Contributing positively to the collaborative spirit of the Foundation and representing it effectively.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrated experience in driving positive social change.
4 years of experience in the philanthropic field.
2-3 years of project management experience.
Proficiency in developing educational programs and training.
Strong research and writing skills.
Experience in budget development and fiscal management.
Ability to organize online and offline events.

Preferred Skills:

Leadership abilities with a positive attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in developing national and/or international programs.
Familiarity with philanthropic organizations.
Adaptability to a family-oriented, small office environment.
Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in social media and website management.
Experience in developing marketing materials.
