Position Description
Full time job, 40 hours per week working 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., including Saturdays with day off during the week, working at our cemetery located in either Allentown or Bethlehem, PA.
The mission of the Diocese of Allentown is: "A Roman Catholic family of faith, centered in the Holy Eucharist, faithful to the Church's teachings, bringing the Light of Christ to each other and to our community."
Maintain cemetery grounds, grass cutting, trimming, removal of trees and shrubs, leaf maintenance, spring clean up, digging foundations, snow removal, assisting with burials and entombment. Must operate small tractor, small truck and lawn mower.
Opportunity to advance includes backhoe training. Valid driver's license required, as position is also responsible for snow removal. Must be capable of heavy lifting and working in all weather elements. High School diploma/GED required.
