Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic finance team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success in managing paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our finance products and services.
2. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve business objectives.
3. Utilize Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor to create, manage, and optimize campaigns at scale.
4. Implement and leverage cross-domain tracking to accurately measure the performance of paid media campaigns across multiple domains and platforms.
5. Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
6. Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising, especially within the finance sector.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of paid media strategies with overall business goals.
9. Understand offline tracking events and incorporate them into campaign strategies to accurately measure the impact of paid media efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads.
3. Expertise in using Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor to create and optimize campaigns.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Experience with cross-domain tracking and implementing advanced tracking techniques.
6. Knowledge of offline tracking events and their integration into paid media strategies.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Finance industry experience or knowledge is a plus.
