Job Description Summary

Come join our Sourcing Operations team that is changing the way we do Procurement at GE Aerospace! We have a team passionately focused on process and operations that support our entire Sourcing organization. We use lean every day to continuously improve our transactional operations to reduce employee burden, drive efficiency and generate productivity as we deliver for our customers.

The Consignment Buying Specialist will work in the Consignment Center of Excellence (COE) within GE Aerospace Supply Chain. In this role, you will be a buyer focal for approved consignment suppliers, responsible for set up of purchase orders, requisition creation and placement, and daily management of parts in scope. The role will also include process improvement initiatives within the consignment team and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is eligible for a hybrid or remote working schedule and is based out of our Evendale, OH Sourcing office.

Desired Characteristics

The base pay range for this position is 95,000 .00 - 105,000 .00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on February15, 2023 .
