Job description
client is seeking an experienced Client Product Manager to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
- Be a SME for the Client implementation and assist in Product design and vision. Manages Client enhancements and features from ideation through development and delivery.
- Produce product strategy deliverables like Problem Statements, Product Vision, Business Case, Roadmaps, Release Plans, and more.
- Conduct story mapping workshops as appropriate.
- Create flow documents and contribute to high level design.
- Work with U/X designers to define the end user experience and align to brand standards and best practices.
- Primary liaison between architects, business stakeholders, and the Scrum team.
- Communicates scope changes to delivery team.
- Requirements elicitation: facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team-members to gather and understand requirements.
- Requirements analysis: Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to write features that can will guide the development teams.
- Requirements documentation: Translate features and capabilities into documented items for the development team.
Qualifications - 2 years of experience working in Client Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and/or Heroku.
- Expertise managing Client enhancements and features from ideation through development and delivery.
- Preferred certifications: Client Certified Administrator, Client Certified Platform App Builder, Client Certified Architect, Client Service Cloud Consultant, Client Sales Cloud Consultant, or other relevant certification.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of prior experience as a Product Manager. Experience writing features and user stories.
- At least 2 years in direct support of a large organization with multiple scrum teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and in supporting Agile efforts, preference given to Scrum Alliance Certified applicants and/or PMI-ACP applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Rally and JIRA required.
- Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
