Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Consultant. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients plan and book their dream vacations and travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Planning: Research and stay up-to-date on travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, and transportation options. Booking and Reservations: Make travel reservations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Sales and Promotions: Stay informed about special promotions, discounts, and travel packages.
Documentation: Provide clients with all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, visas, and travel insurance information.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
