Responsibilities:

- Business Growth: Expand our reach by building new customer relationships, broadening supplier networks, introducing innovative products, and exploring untapped markets.
- Sourcing and Negotiation: Utilize strong sourcing skills to secure top-quality products, negotiating favorable deals with suppliers and customers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure operational efficiency and seize business opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate deep product knowledge, conduct market analyses, and adjust selling prices strategically.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently oversee inventory levels to support smooth operations.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to sales strategy formulation, monitor annual sales and development budgets, and achieve objectives.
- Reporting Excellence: Provide comprehensive reports on sales activities, assist with receivables management, and ensure accurate accounting.
- Trade Show Presence: Showcase import expertise and actively engage in industry trade shows to boost product visibility.
- Time Management: Allocate time wisely for both new business development and account maintenance.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Sales and Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven commercial/technical sales experience in chemical distribution or manufacturing.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, an opportunistic mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Travel: Minimum 40% travel required, including trade shows, overnight stays, and domestic/international travel.
