$85,000 - $120,000 (Salary + Commission)

What you'll do:

• Follow up with homeowners by telephone for the purposes of ensuring quality and selling previously unsold proposals.
• When homeowners request to cancel an installation, the homeowner is routed to an Inside Sales Specialist to help save the sale.
• Responds promptly to homeowner requests for follow up and cancellations.
• Keeps homeowner files updated, complete, and accurate.
• They take inbound calls when homeowners request to cancel an installation. Additionally, we expect employees to show enterprise commitment and be willing to help the Customer Care team staff the phones as needed and perform duties outside of their normal job responsibilities.

What you'll need:

• A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers
• A minimum of two years’ experience in Inside Sales or Account Management
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
