Job Description
Our Saatchi LA & Dallas offices are looking for college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain experience with real client work at an agency! Saatchi’s Summer Internship is a paid 8-week hybrid program from June 17th to August 9th with an opportunity for 4-day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on real client work.
As an intern, we expect you to give us your energy, enthusiasm, and thirst for knowledge, and we'll give you a hands-on, insider introduction to working at this advertising agency! More than just a resume-builder, our internship program will challenge your expectations, broaden your horizons, and show you why advertising is our passion and why we live to influence popular culture. As an I ntern - Production , you'll participate in a rotational program between Content, Digital, Art, and Platform:
Content Production
- Shadow Producers during production – attending casting sessions, wardrobe fittings, recording sessions, edits, shoots
- Participate in bi-monthly Production Department meetings
- Assist Producers with production books, schedules, sharing information with Creative & Account Teams, and sending scripts out for voice casting
- Director research and reviewing reels
- Coordinating vendor screenings
Digital Production
- Assist Producers with various production tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, learning how to create estimates and POs, joining producers on all relevant status meetings and calls, and updating schedules
- Assist in the management of departmental documentation (updating spec sheets, department 101’s, etc.)
- Conduct research and assessments of vendors and development partners
- Gain the skills required to produce digital display assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Art Production
- Attend Art Production weekly department meetings to hear the healthy production discussions in a group of 6 Art Producers
- Assist producers in briefing out car transportation for shoots
- Assist Art Producers with PO’s, estimates, timelines, triple bidding, etc.
- Help prep pre pro documents for Pre-Production meetings
- Source diverse talent for shoots
- Potentially attend a shoot in LA or nearby areas
- Research influencers and influencer agencies
Platform
- Assist Producers in:
- Quality assurance reviews for new vehicles releasing on Toyota.com
- Execute weekly content updates
- Attend a daily scrum call with all partners, internal and external
- Attend status and working meetings with internal project teams
- Learn the basic structure of Adobe Experience Manager, the robust CMS that powers Toyota.com
- Learn the purpose and best practices of Jira to communicate with internal/external partners
Qualifications
We are looking for interns who possess a problem-solving mentality, have leadership and collaborative qualities, and express curiosity within and beyond their role and team. We encourage you to apply if you have:

Education
- Rising college/university senior or 2024 graduates with/working towards a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Previous internships are a plus but not required

Compensation Range: $15.38 - $22.36/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills,
qualifications
, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
