We are a privately owned company, founded in 2010, launched the world's first Bluetooth-connected blood pressure monitor that works with iOS devices. Through more than a decade of development, by integrating its FDA-approved, award-winning consumer medical devices and remote patient monitoring platform, we established a digital health ecosystem for healthcare providers to manage chronic diseases remotely.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and grow the Data Platform team that has 4-5 members in 2024, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and highly scalable data solutions
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our data platform and data pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into our digital health products
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management
- Ensure all data practices comply with HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ years experience with:

- Experienced/Knowledgeable with:
- Big Data/Data Storage/ETL/Data Warehousing/Data Lakes
- Data Frameworks: Apache Sparks/Delta Lake/Iceberg/Snowflake
- Python/SQL/AWS/Azure/GCP
- Project Management Skills
