Position: Sales Manager

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: Competitive Base ($120,000-$140,000) with OTE ($240,000-$280,000)

Start Date: Immediate Interviews

Location: Remote (US)

Travel: Minimal (10% for company events and client meetings)

The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team at the forefront of technological innovation. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing productivity. Your responsibilities will encompass fostering a culture of success, defining revenue-generating strategies, collaborating with marketing initiatives, and developing a scalable Commercial Sales team structure.

Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of achievement to surpass revenue and productivity targets.
Define clear expectations for revenue-generating activities and pipeline creation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing on in-market events and lead generation endeavors.
Architect and establish the structure of the Commercial Sales team for scalability.
Provide mentorship in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, and career progression.
Analyze forecasts, call volumes, and individual pipelines to identify areas for optimization.
Actively engage in the sales cycle, facilitating senior leadership and strategic support for major deals.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in SaaS or technology sales environments.
Proven track record of consistently achieving quotas and strategic objectives.
Proficiency in managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision-makers.
Previous success in selling products within emerging brands or categories.
Preferred post-secondary degree/diploma.
