The HR Business Partner role is responsible for providing HR support and strategic consultation to the leadership and approximately 500 employees within the Manufacturing Services organization. Serve as a strategic business advisor regarding key organizational and leadership needs while providing guidance and oversight of performance management, leader development, organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, engagement, talent management, as well as, general HR policy administration. In addition, this role will partner with the Manufacturing Operations HRBP to lead and implement various Manufacturing Talent Programs and Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build organizational cohesion, health and flexibility, as well as providing strategic guidance in Leadership effectiveness to achieve flawless execution within Manufacturing environments.
- Create the right environment as a champion for HR initiatives, employee advocacy, building a culture of engagement while partnering with Center of Excellence teams in support and implementation of talent programs/routines, organizational design, employee development, pay and succession planning.
- Coordinate with Centers of Excellence in providing support and guidance to leadership, managers and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise (e.g. benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.).
- Assess leadership talent gaps and develop solutions for building key, emerging, and executive talent pipeline including job assignments, coaching, and guidance.
- Serve as a liaison in the talent acquisition process, design talent strategy, scoping of roles, partnering with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies, and coordination with internal/external regional partners.
- Partner and consult with managers to drive change initiatives that enhance business performance and key talent bench strength.
- This position will be located in Irving, TX and support leaders from around the world.

Required Years of Experience:
- 5-8 years of HR experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Psychology, IO Engineering)
- Master’s degree preferred (HR)
