Responsibilities:
Sentinel is seeking an OC Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier company and grow your career. As an NOC Analyst, you are part of the operations in a 24X7 Network Operations Center, monitoring customers’ production systems. As an NOC Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to client operations, communicating via phone and e-mail with customers and technicians, and troubleshooting and escalating trouble cases as needed . This is for the night shift position (4x10): Friday to Monday, working from 11:00 PM to 9:30 AM CST, with an additional On-call duty every Tuesday during that schedule. This is a full-time role based in Downers Grove, IL and can work remote with occasional support onsite at our Downers Grove, IL headquarters.
