About the Job:
Join an established - and growing - organization as Kaleidoscope Family Solutions (KFS) looks for its newest addition to the team- an Admissions Coordinator . The Admissions Coordinator position is an integral part of the company and of the Kaleidoscope Family Solutions mission. Primarily, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for conducting all intakes for the office - in addition to specific administrative office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to review and schedule referrals received within 72 hours.
• Assist Regional Admissions Director as needed
• Responsible to connect with Professors for speaking engagements 1x per month.
• Work in partnership with colleagues, families, and individuals to establish positive, trusting relationships, and consistent clear communication.
• Utilize effective problem solving skills and act as a model/mentor for others in demonstrating professional ethics, standards, and practices.

  REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Human Services field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience working in the field of intake or admissions.
• Must be a self-motivated and independent worker who can manage a flexible schedule.

SALARY:
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
