Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant who is committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations.
Anaheim - Orange County - Santa Ana - Huntington Beach - Irvine - Lake Forest - Laguna Niguel Tuesday through Saturday Shift This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

GrandCare Health Services Required Skills and Experience - At least one (1) year of experience as a PTA, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California PTA license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in southern California
