Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Location: James City County, VA (HYBRID)
Job Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 4+ years of commercial construction experience (10+ without a degree)
• Commercial Construction and Renovation experience 
• Experience with Job Order Contracts

We are a general contractor primarily working in the government sector for over 30 years. Our work is primarily in secure or occupied environments, such as military bases, schools, government buildings, and other public spaces. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Construction team. What You Will Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will manage the assigned construction projects from start to finish,  ensuring that safety, quality, and deadlines are met. You will monitor progress, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and report to the company's leadership. This is a hybrid position where you will conduct administrative work from your home office and spend the rest of your time in the field. The assigned projects will be primarily in James City County and as far as Richmond.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Commercial and Institutional Construction projects, and should be able to manage projects up to $2 Million.

What You Need for this Position

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 4+ years of commercial construction experience (10+ without a degree)
• Experience with estimating and managing subcontracted work
• Commercial Construction and Renovation experience 
• Experience with job order contracts (JOC)
• OSHA 30
• CQC Certification

Bonus Skills: 

• Experience working with government contracts is strongly preferred
• Professional credentials, such as AC, CPC, or PE
