Job description
Seeking an Cybersecurity Analyst to oversee cybersecurity for the corporate, field offices, and remote teams. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for technology. This role involves troubleshooting, incident response, policy review, and proactive cybersecurity improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user cybersecurity issues.
- Act as the initial point of contact for cybersecurity incidents.
- Review and update cybersecurity policies.
- Participate in risk assessments and tabletop exercises.
- Manage privilege access and authentication initiatives.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in managing cybersecurity events.
- Understanding of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in multi-platform environments.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft directory services infrastructure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Cybersecurity experience.
- Certifications are strongly preferred
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Certifications from relevant associations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.
