Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to elevate our company and community branding efforts. This multifaceted role encompasses various aspects including website management, social media engagement, digital media content creation, and marketing channel oversight.

Responsibilities:

Manage digital marketing and advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zillow, and Realtor.com.
Ensure optimal performance of our website, emphasizing customer service and engagement.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including point-of-sale assets, photos, videos, and virtual tours.
Enhance our online presence through website optimization, social media campaigns, PPC strategies, and targeted ad campaigns.
Coordinate marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, blogs, and sponsored content.
Assist in planning and executing community launches and sales events.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, analyzing CRM leads to track marketing effectiveness.
Manage the creation of logos, advertisements, signs, and other promotional materials.
Organize community video productions and digital marketing efforts in local and regional markets.
Attend industry conferences to stay updated on best practices and market trends.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media marketing.
Proven ability to innovate and drive improvement.
Self-motivated with a positive mindset and high performance standards.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design.
