JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the human resources function for our plastics manufacturing plant in Plaistow, NH. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Plant Manager to develop and implement HR policies and program that support the plant’s business objectives and promote a positive and productive work environment. This position is located on-site in Plaistow, NH .
