Job Purpose

Job Purpose

Oversees the day-to-day management of the In-Store cycle process which includes 2 districts in a territory of 20 to 50 stores. This role will be responsible for process implementation and merchandising of category business plans, and will ensure stores maintain planogram integrity. This role will work in partnership with District Directors and individual stores to monitor, coach, and train employees to execute all Reset Operations programs. This position requires an inspirational leader engaged in teaching and coaching team members for outstanding execution and ownership of store planograms and processes.

Communicates the workload schedule and related tasks to stores and ensure the store teams coordinate appropriately with necessary resources. Builds productive and effective relationships with District leaders to proactively address reset and store impact concerns. Delivers effective written and oral results to district leadership with concise plans for addressing opportunities. Manages day-to-day operations of the cycle team and associated activities performed in stores in a territory of 12 to 16 stores. Communicates the team schedule and related work-list information to team members and stores. Provides training to new and existing team members to support category merchandising plans and schematic implementation.

Ensures teams complete assigned work for each store pertaining to all category cycle sets, including new items placed in the proper location and accurate processing of residual inventory (backstock, discontinued items, out of dates and unauthorized), through strategic store visits. Gathers, investigates, and communicates all planogram and product issues such as incorrect dimensions, incorrectly loaded planograms, unauthorized items, missing tags, etc. to Space Planning and Reset Operations. Collects surveys and communicates specific information concerning section sizes and configuration.

Develops and fosters relationships with District Directors and Store Managers to create an effective partnership that communicates and provides feedback for areas of improvement. Owns and resolves all issues in assigned stores through interaction and communication with the store team and Reset Operations. Gathers, investigates and communicates all planogram and product issues such as incorrect dimensions, incorrectly loaded planograms, unauthorized items, missing tags, etc. to Space Planning and Reset Operations.
