Job description
South Florida Foods Int'l Inc. is looking to hire a Logistics/Export Coordinator.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for: - Assisting with all daily logistical activities to meet contractual and operational commitments.
- Conducting data entry, quality-assuring shipment lists, updating client management applications as needed.
- Organizing logistics files manually and electronically.
- Engaging with vendors, sub-contractors, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) – Speaks, Writes, Reads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks – Sales Orders / Invoice / Inventory
- Prepare Export documentation: BOL, SED, Certificate of Free Sale, Certificate of Origin, USDA, USDC, HAZMAT- IMO’S
- Consolidation of cargo / Direct Loads
- Monitoring the status of containers
- Liaison between the warehouse, terminal, and dispatch
- Serve the customer needs and maintain all inventory updates.
- Extremely detail-oriented in order to avoid any errors
- Be able to multitask
- Be able to work without supervision
- Be able to work as a team
