Job description
Salty's Seafood Grill is seeking to add to our team an energetic Server Assistant / Busser who has an eye for detail and a genuine heart for hospitality.
The ideal candidate for this Server Assistant / Busser position will have prior full service upscale coursed dining experience.
We are looking for dinner shift availability. Day availability a bonus.
Ideal availability will be Sunday Night through Wednesday Night.

As a Server Assistant / Busser at Salty's Seafood Grills you will assist the Server with providing astonishing service for our guests. You will serve guests water upon their arrival and provide refills as needed. Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave, clean floors, respond to server, front desk and management requests.

Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 40-50lbs.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- A warm, friendly, engaging personality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
- Clear tables after Take tableware to dish-room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
- Between seating's promptly clean table tops, chairs and Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
- Respond to manager requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
- Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
- Respond appropriately to guest Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
- Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
- Thank guests as they are leaving.
- Assist dishwasher if needed.
- Assist front desk with seating and answering the phone.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
