About the Role

We are in search of a highly motivated professional with a minimum of four years of experience as a real estate agent or broker. The ideal candidate specializes in property sales, acquisitions, or investing and boasts an established book of business. Demonstrating the ability to close at least one deal per month independently is essential. Moreover, candidates should possess a robust network and be prepared to engage in various activities, including listing properties, evaluating investment opportunities, drafting contracts, negotiating offers, conducting price and rent comp analyses, and facilitating real estate transactions.

The company generates a significant volume of leads from investors and potential investors seeking to buy or sell investment properties. Leveraging our sophisticated analytics platform, which aggregates data from multiple listing services and employs proprietary algorithms, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-the-ground transactional steps required for property acquisitions. This includes drafting and submitting offers as well as facilitating the due diligence and closing processes for accepted offers. Additionally, the individual will provide expert guidance by selecting recommended properties based on their on-the-ground insights.

This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

- Source new opportunities through both on-market and off-market channels.
- Execute multiple deals per month, including both company-generated and non-generated leads.
- Manage all on-the-ground transactional processes for property acquisitions.
- Learn and work within the company's internal software programs.

Qualifications

- Active Real Estate Agent or Broker License.
- Thorough understanding of the real estate market and related laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy, including proficiency with Google Applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
