What You Need for this Position
BS in Engineering (preferred) with at least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with:
- Project management of construction projects with advanced knowledge of architectural and MEP drawing
- Mechanical trades including HVAC, process piping and plumbing preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction related softwares
- Strong working knowledge of financial document controls
- Experience with RFI's, change orders, and submittals
