The Role
Reporting to Workplace leadership, the Workplace Content Coordinator's primary role is to contribute to the team by helping to solve unique problems in a creative and often unconventional manner through the lens of Tesla's design aesthetic and business needs. As part of the Workplace team, the Workplace Content Coordinator directly supports the programs of Giga Nevada's Infrastructure team. In collaboration with the team, this person will be responsible for designing, project managing, deploying and maintaining high-quality visual content across our internal content channels, ensuring that employees receive a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and implement interior and exterior signage for Giga Nevada, including vinyl signage, parking lot signs, wayfinding graphics, and menu board
- Create and send site-wide communications based on leadership direction and business need
- Provide an avenue for standardized site signage within the guidelines of Tesla brand standards, including support for external teams
- Work with suppliers to ensure maximum product quality, coordinate installations, and push projects through the finish line in a timely manner
- Use interpersonal skills and abilities to partner with stakeholders to scope projects, gather requirements, and create visual solutions to support operational objectives
- Design, develop, and organize screen content for training and employee communications purposes
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Strong communication skills, including developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with cross-functional team
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Exceptional writing and design skill
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Samsung MagicInfo a plus
