Job Description:

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for making a positive impact? We're seeking a Program Associate to join our dynamic team! As a Program Associate, you'll have the opportunity to engage stakeholders, develop innovative programs, and lead initiatives that promote inclusion on a national and global scale.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to promote inclusion nationally and globally.
Assist in developing and implementing high-quality programs and initiatives.
Work closely with directors and staff to lead impactful and innovative programs and grants.
Oversee coordination of programs and grants to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Gather feedback from key service populations to inform program development and improvement.
Represent the organization at professional conferences and community events.
Draft program budgets and progress reports.
Track the progress of initiatives and identify opportunities for further investment.
Collaborate with advocacy and communications staff to produce engaging content.
Contribute positively to our collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrated experience in working towards positive social change.
4 years of experience in philanthropy.
2-3 years of project management experience.
Skilled in developing educational programs and training.
Strong research and writing skills.
Experience in budget development and fiscal management.
Proficient in organizing online and offline events.
Preferred Skills:

Leadership abilities with a positive attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience developing national or international programs.
Familiarity with philanthropic organizations.
Ability to thrive in a small office environment.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of social media and website management.
Experience in developing marketing materials.
Personal Traits:

Ability to communicate openly and respectfully with all team members.
