What You'll Do:

As a Senior Subcontracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Supply Chain Organization. You'll lead a dynamic team in managing subcontract activities for government prime contracts, international projects, and commercial endeavors. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of Subcontract Managers and Representatives.
Handling all aspects of subcontractor activities from RFP generation to subcontract performance monitoring.
Serving as a focal point for subcontract relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Developing innovative solutions to complex problems and driving tasks to completion.
What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of direct procurement/subcontract management experience.
Experience with DoD procurement and subcontract management.
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and proposal processes.
Ability to travel domestically, if required.
Additional Skills (Preferred):

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with Six Sigma and process improvement.
Familiarity with RTX systems and procedures.
