Job Details:

PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR (PLS)

Industry leading civil engineering firm based in Florida is actively looking for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage survey contracts and project tasks including schedule and budgets.
Direct and manage survey staff through the course of a survey project.
Quality reviews of survey project s .
Attend project status meetings with engineering/design teams.
Preparation and Quality review of right of way and easement plats.
Preparation and Quality review of metes and bounds descriptions.
Property deed and plat research, review title reports and title commitments.
Mentor and train survey staff.
Prepare survey estimates and proposals.
Support management of daily survey operations

Types of Surveys:
Topographical Surveys
Right of Way Surveys
Boundary Surveys
Control Surveys
ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys
Right of Way and Easement plats

Qualifications/Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience as a Licensed Land Surveyor
Must be a good communicator and detail oriented.

Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

SALARY: $75-150K
