Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive Jefferson City, MO.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing employee travel reimbursements and vendor invoices for mathematical accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures. You will be working in a fast-paced environment. Last year this unit processed over 5,000 employee travel reimbursements and 25,000 vendor payments.

• Audit documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Data entry payments into the statewide financial system.
• Provide assistance to employees and vendors as needed.
• Travel will be required with possible overtime stays and overtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

• The ideal candidates must be highly organized, have the ability to make accurate mathematical calculations and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
