• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required and NPs must be a certified RNFA
• 1 - 2 patients per day in ICU and 0 - 3 cases per day in OR
• Large vascular and some endovascular
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
