Job description
We are looking for:
- Someone who’s strategic and understands branding - You will be building a global brand!
- Must have the ability to continue to build on their highend lifestyle brand and visual aesthetic.
- Nearly everything they do is digital, so you need to ‘get it’ and create best in class digital marketing campaigns and assets – emails, web pages, ecommerce creative, digital display ads, landing pages, social media, Instagram, Facebook, pinterest, youtube, etc, 1-pagers for the sales team, creative direction for photo shoots and videos, storyboard creation….all the things.
- ALL creative should represent the brand but needs to drive in LEADS! Someone who understands how to use the creative/digital medium to highlight the brand but drive lead generation is critical . It’s always a balance with a somewhat luxury brand. They have promotions and offers that help drive leads, but they have to stay true to their core brand image at the same time.
- Lifestyle brand experience is a huge plus.
- NEW: They are building their digital app and ecosystem so they'd love for this ACD/CD to have experience creating intuitive app/digital experiences. The design and user interface of an app cannot be clunky – it has to be streamlined and guide your experience with the right visuals and hierarchy of information.
- They want to build a more personalized customer journey and this role will be critical to their success.
- You will occasionally do print and package design.
- They do lots of video work internally and externally. Needs to provide good leadership and creative direction.
- Must be able to Project Manage your own work. i.e. next steps, deadlines, understanding the project objectives, creative briefs, etc.
- They work fast so we need someone who can grasp the brand, then execute and keep their creative beautiful, aspirational, fresh and engaging in a fast paced environment.
- Extra Super Bonus if you can write a punchy headline and copy that grabs attention and pulls one into learning more about the product. We need someone to help with the vision, ideas and headlines that pull people in and help differentiate their creative from their competitors.
