Full Time Office Assistant Health Care The right candidate will be detail orientated, a team player, and have experience in healthcare as an office assistant. You will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at our office, greeting them in a professional and well-spoken manner is essential. This position entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. Performing administrative duties as needed. As an Office Assistant here's the big picture view of what you'll do: * Operates Switchboard answering incoming calls and fielding appropriately.
