Job description

Do you have Life and Annuity experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our growing Des Moines client is in search of a Call Center Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The qualified candidate will have previous experience leading a call center and successfully having direct reports. Take advantage of this opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high volume inbound contact center
• Utilize multiple computer systems
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Life & Annuity products
• Act as an expert on processes and procedures
• Manage day-to-day call center activities 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Life and Annuity experience required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous leadership experience leading a high-volume call center 
• Understanding overall performance results 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Work Model:

• On-site
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Monday – Friday
