- Prepare reports of measurements or demonstration tests within specified deadlines and assist with ensuing scientific publications, frequently including full co-authorship.
- Contribute to optimize workflows and best practices for 3DED/MicroED, as well as strategic product development. Collaborate with the R&D and product management team on user-inspired improvements and new hard- and software features.
- Perform on-site application training for customers following instrument installation and on customer requests.
- Assist customers with application-related issues and questions, in coordination with Rigaku’s service department and collaborating with third-party companies.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, seminars, and workshops, becoming an ambassador for Rigaku’s single crystal portfolio, and specifically the user-friendly implementation of 3DED/MicroED in the XtaLAB Synergy-ED.
- Prepare webinars and application notes about new features and use cases of Rigaku’s single-crystal instruments.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to our sales force as well as accompany the sales engineers on road trips to provide your technical and crystallography expertise when visiting existing and new customers.
