Description/Overview:

Our TeleWealth Team is seeking a highly motivated individual! The role serves as a personable account manager for clients while identifying opportunities for growth within existing client relationships through opening new accounts, increasing account contributions, rollovers into TCG/HUB managed plans from outside accounts, and rollovers from employer-sponsored retirement plans into individual retirement accounts managed by the TeleWealth Advisor. The TeleWealth Advisor also serves as the client's primary point of contact, providing excellent customer service and cultivating a strong rapport with the client's leadership.

As a TeleWealth Advisor, you will support clients with their retirement savings and investments. This education and planning will include running income gap analysis to help determine clients where they are in life and how they can achieve their financial goals. Topics that are regularly discussed include, but not limited to: Teacher and government worker pensions, Social Security, and Supplemental retirement account options such as IRA, 401(k), 457, and 403(b). You will work directly with external clients as well as internal partners to deliver the right strategy that will improve retirement outcomes for a core set of clients' employees, whether enrolling individuals in a retirement plan, creating a personal financial plan, or providing investment guidance on internal or external accounts.

The TeleWealth Advisor will educate plan participants, provide investment guidance, and coach employees regarding their options. A newly hired TeleWealth Advisor will receive training to become an expert on employee retirement plan options, as well as current legislative and regulatory issues affecting employee retirements. Travel may be necessary.

Candidates will receive training and be required to master concepts pertaining to the employee's retirement picture in its entirety. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn, professional and effective communication skills, and teamwork abilities. Customer Service skills are essential for the TeleWealth Advisor position, as this individual will assist with employer-hosted benefits fairs, retirement seminars, open enrollments, and one-on-one appointments.
