DFI Investigator
Compensation: $13-15 per hour
Employment type: full-time - remote/work from home position

Areas of Responsibility:
- Conduct thorough and detail-oriented database, internet and telephone research.
- Type accurate reports relaying all information found in a timely fashion
- Manage a large caseload under time constraints and provide weekly updates to your Team Lead
- Work in unison with other departments when directed or as appropriate
Required Skills and Experience:
- BA or similar college-level certification that required extensive written work
- Excellent writing skills
- Three to five years of relevant work experience, although not necessarily in the investigative field
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, focused and trustworthy
- Strong Microsoft Office and Internet research skills

- Curiosity - The successful candidate will be driven to discover, learn, and absorb information
- Creativity - The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver, capable of developing new and innovative solutions to seemingly impossible tasks
- Adept and confident telephone work - The successful candidate must show no fear of solving cases with a telephone
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not mandatory.
In Summary -
- We love people who have a desire to learn and grow. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
