GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

We are looking for a Diver in Virginia Beach area. The diver will be responsible for assembling projects underwater such as diffusers for power plants and installing pipes, or intake for water plants. They will also perform inspections underwater. They may be required to perform labor-related tasks as needed as well.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Dive for purposes of building the project.
• Implements projects for diffusers, intakes, and inspections of completed projects.
• Use of pneumatic and hydraulic tools, riggers.
• Experience with HDPE, Ductile iron pipe and Flaunges. 
• Additional duties may require in person or online training for safety, quality, or other functions related to the job

• Attention to detail
• Adaptable
• Must be a Certified Diver- Surface Supplied Air Card
• Have Previous diving Experience.
