Job description
InGenesis is currently seeking an Information Systems Analyst (ISA) to work remotely with our client. In this role, you will design business information systems, incorporate new technical systems that improve BACH workflow, production, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will define the requirements and computer solutions to resolve business related problems that meet strategic organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Discover, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple departments and systems.
- Evaluate, analyze, select, design, test, and implement new processes, functionality, and systems.
- Provide technical support to the end-users on all business system applications, including ticketing system assignments.
- Document issues and resolutions in the user facing helpdesk knowledgebase system.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis using tools such as OCHIN Epic Reporting Workbench, OCHIN Epic Clarity, OCHIN Epic Crystal Reports, OCHIN Epic SAP Business Objects, Excel, SQL, and application analytic packages.
- Manage relationships with third party vendors and packaged software vendors.
- Create project plans and manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks with changing priorities.
- Create training documentation and provide user training on BACH applications and systems.
- Provide on-call support and problem resolution.
- Determine and define business requirements based on government regulations and business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computing or related field or a combination of education and experience.
- EPIC Certification is required.
- Three (3) years of experience in program management and administrative services.
- Motivated and dedicated team leader with a great sense of responsibility.
- Experience with current systems analysis principles, methods, procedures, practices, tools, and techniques and project management principles.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with displayed levels of knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
- Travel may be required based on business requirements.
