Job description

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. As a Virtual Assistant you will play a key role in assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives and team members including managing calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle email correspondence respond to inquiries and manage communication on behalf of the team.

Perform data entry tasks update spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.

Assist with project management tasks including organizing files tracking progress and preparing reports.

Conduct research on various topics as needed and provide summaries or reports.

Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation.

Manage expenses process invoices and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.

Provide general support to team members such as ordering supplies organizing documents and assisting with adhoc tasks.

Support social media management efforts including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and project management software.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  7. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design skills (preferred but not required).
  8. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
