Job description
•Responsible for landscape maintenance of commercial & residential properties:
*The main focus of this position is the upkeep of grass, weed-whacking, bed-edging, pruning and leaf removal
•Upkeep of mowers and tools, ensuring equipment is fueled daily, & assist in other aspects of the maintenance department where necessary.
•Complying with the set schedule: ensuring that all duties assigned by Foreman and Operations Manager, as well as each job site is completed the "Southwest Way"
•Hours will be regular 8 hour shifts daily (weather permitting)
•Valid Ohio Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
•Must abide by company handbook, work well with others, take direction well, adapt to all weather conditions and be able to lift +50lbs
