Comfort Keepers is looking for an After Hours Liaison to join our growing team. We are a leading in-home care provider for seniors and other adults that require a helping hand or companionship in their home.

As the After Hours Liaison, you will oversee the on-call services of our company. You will communicate regularly with clients, client families, and caregivers to help coordinate care. This is a rare chance to use your talents to positively impact the lives of seniors. Prior experience in home health industry is not necessary but experience in medical field, staffing, scheduling, and customer service is preferred. 

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with questions including directions to client's homes, times of visits and care needed.
• Responding to requests for care that occur after hours and on the weekends.
• Ensuring all visits are staffed while you are on-call.
• May be responsible for assisting with caregiver recruitment
• Documenting and sharing information with management team in a timely manner.
• Other Administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills, good judgment and telephone etiquette along with strong phone and computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and internet programs required
• Candidate must have a confidential home office with access to the internet.
• Preferred experience in scheduling with an ability to multi-task. 
• Candidate must be able to pass background checks (including motor vehicle records check).

Work Environment /Position and Physical Demands:

• Able to work from home (remotely) and work at the office.
• Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight.  Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.  Driving to client homes may be required.
