Kelly ®Professional & Industrial, we’re passionate about helping you find a job that works for you We’re seeking Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives for our client, one of our top clients, one of the largest eye-wear companies in the world located in  Mason, OH!

*****NOTE: Remote- Must live within 1.5 hours driving distance from Mason, OH*****

Pay: $16.00

Start Date: March 25
Paid Remote Training: 3/25 – 4/8, virtual
Schedule : 10:30AM – 7:00PM (Training and Production)

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Customer Service Representative provides high quality multi-channel (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) support and problem resolution to customers each day, in a manner that meets or exceeds defined department objectives to protect and increase Retail revenues and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative initiates the escalation process for unresolved customer problems.
