Job description
As the Specialist of Brand Support at Flip.shop, a fast-paced and high-growth social e-commerce platform, you will play a vital role in resolving complicated brand support needs.. You will be responsible for triaging issues, working on internal teams, external partners and brands to resolve. Brand Support Specialists will become experts on the Magic OS platform that brands use to run their business on Flip. Your primary outcome will be to provide exceptional support and enhance their experience on Flip.shop.
In-person at our Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities - Active troubleshooting and resolution of any operational issues related to brand business operations on Flip
- Effective communication and escalation of systemic problems
- Act as a liaison between brands and internal teams, effectively conveying brand feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Expert in one or more aspects of running your business on Flip
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date knowledge base
- Organize and coordinate regular meetings with brands, ensuring effective communication and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize brand support processes and implement strategies to enhance brand satisfaction and retention on the platform.
Qualifications - 2 years of experience in fast paced DTC environment preferred
- Experience in business communication, or customer success roles within a fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environment preferred
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Prior operations experience highly desired
$65,000 - $80,000 a year
