What we need:
- Master's degree graduate
- Must be fully licensed at least in NV (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
- Can be located in any state, as long as they are licensed in NV

This approach allows you to connect with your clients in person (if you want), as well as enjoy the convenience of working from home. The majority of our clinicians only work from home, but we do have a physical location in Las Vegas, Nevada that can be utilized by clinicians in that area. You also have the freedom to set your own hours and schedule, facilitating a seamless work-life integration.
- Complete Administrative Support - You focus on helping people; leave the rest to us. From credentialing, marketing, compliance, software, billing, eligibility/insurance checks, and prior authorizations, to insurance audits - we handle it all!

- Competitive Pay Scale:
LMFT, LCSW, LCPC - $60.00+ per hour, with additional compensation as you grow your caseload.
Independent Contractor Benefits - Enjoy the autonomy of choosing your own clients and methods of practice, working at your pace, and the ability to write off business expenses.
- Smooth Onboarding Process - Our efficient onboarding process ensures you are credentialed with at least one insurance company within 2 weeks to 30 days. We are committed to filling your schedule as swiftly as possible, usually within 1-2 months.
- Wellness Program: Designed to help staff learn ways to manage stress and prioritize their own self-care, including opportunities for Individual and group coaching sessions with an on-staff licensed therapist.
- CEU Reimbursement Available: Up to $1000/yr in reimbursements for CEUs of your choosing, after 1 year with Insight and with a 25+ session caseload per week.
