Revenue Systems Strategy:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue systems strategies with go-to-market objectives.
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system enhancements.
Work closely with RevOps and cross-functional leaders, employing technical knowledge to understand and address their needs.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Business Systems team to develop a revenue systems roadmap and execute strategic initiatives to optimize revenue generation processes.
Revenue Systems Program Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor programs related to revenue systems enhancement.
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational & RevOps objectives.
Collaborate on designing, analyzing, and implementing the systems that support revenue operations.
Work closely with the Business Systems team to identify and address system gaps and inefficiencies.
Technology Evaluation:
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in revenue operations and business systems.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the organization's go-to-market capabilities.
Change Management and Documentation:
Oversee QA processes, define Acceptance Criteria, and lead testing during system implementations and enhancements.
Facilitate change management processes related to system implementations and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and program workflows.
Partner with the Sales Enablement team to translate system changes into educational materials.
GTM Team Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support to the Operations Team with additional systems tasks and troubleshooting.
