About the role:
Come join our Materials Management team in Maple Grove, MN as an SWR Coordinator. Under minimal supervision/guidance, this role will be responsible for creating shop floor paperwork (SFP) and supports users of SWR (Special Work Requests), SAP & MES systems in order to achieve production and project goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create SFP in a timely manner using SWR, SAP and MES systems prioritizing request to accommodate R&D and PD project needs.
- Experience with controlled production environment and SOPs.
- Proof SWR information as well as track/troubleshoot SWR's with issues.
- Train and provide support or direction to users of SWR, SAP and MES using high communication skills in person and online.
- Interface with finance regarding month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate across functions to edit or close out SWR batches that are no longer needed to keep systems/signal clean.
- Liaison between internal customers and information technology groups when issues arise with the SWR, SAP, Windchill, MES and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/products.
- Create and/or assist with CI's, VIP's and departmental projects.
- Ability to re-prioritize work assignments on a regular basis while being responsive & flexible to customer demands.
- Foster teamwork and enable a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the entire cross-functional team.

- Benchmark and share best practices.
- Partner with entire materials management team for build planning and material delivery systems and tools
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of SWR, SAP, and MES
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Medical device/health care industry experience
- Familiar with Production concepts
